This is a New Welding Tig Torch Package 25 Ft. Hose & 17FV Torch WP-17FV-25-2. It comes as seen in the pictures and is new, never used. There is no brand on the set. However, everything else I had was from Gentec. So, I am assuming it is gentec. Shipping is free to the registered paypal address in the continental US. If you are not happy with the package, it can be returned for a refund excluding return shipping. If you have questions I can be reached thru the ebay system. Shipping does not include delivery confirmation. If you need that service it is $3 extra. Since shipping is free, I look around and see which service is cheaper. So, shipping can be USPS priority mail, USPS first class, Fedex Home Delivery, Fedex Ground or Fedex Smart Post.
