If the Buyer fails to pick up the equipment by the specific pick-up date, the Buyer will be placed in default and will be subject to damages and liabilities to the Seller including, but not limited to, all storage fees, administrative fees, and the amount of any reduction in sales price upon resale of the goods by the Seller.
