Description: NEW 0618 Harris-0 Rods .050" x 1/8" W x 19+" Long Brazing Rods. This low-cost brazing alloy is suitable for most copper-to-copper or *brass joints where close tolerance can be maintained. Harris-0 is an economical brazing alloy designed for brazing copper. This allows flows quickly at brazing temperatures so requires close joint tolerance, 0.002" to 0.007". A frequent choice for brazing copper! *NOTE: No flux required when brazing Coper to Copper. When brazing Brass, or Copper to Brass requires using Harris Stay Silv® white brazing flux. Brazing steel or other ferrous base metals are NOT recommended with this rod. NOTE: Rods are shipped "straight" in flat corrugated plastic, remove tape from either end rods will slide out.
