Specification: Model: ER4043 Diameter: 0.035" (0.9mm) Roll Weight: 1 Lb Quantity: 4 Rolls Material: Aluminum Description: ER4043, commonly referred to as “AlSi5", has a 5% silicon and is the oldest and one of the most widely used aluminum welding wires for general purpose applications. Less sensitive to weld cracking than other aluminum alloys and the 5% silicon content lowers the melting point, increases fluidity of the weld puddle and leaves a bright shiny weld deposit. ER4043 is commonly used for welding grades 6061, 6063, 5052, 3004, 3003 and cast alloys 356.0, 357.0, 413.0, and 443.0 to name just a few. .

Melting range is 1065 °F– 1170 °F, density is 0.097 lbs/in3 and post anodizing color is gray. Specification: Model: ER4043 .
Product Description: ER5356, commonly referred to as "AlMg5", is a 5% magnesium aluminum wire used for welding base metals 5050, 5052, 5083, 5356, 5454 and 5464. This MIG wire has become the most widely used aluminum welding wire because of its compatibility with so many different base metals and better corrosion resistance in salt water. Weld deposits have good ductility and higher tensile strength although it is not suitable for temperatures sustained above 150°F (65°C). Melting range is 1060°F – 1175°F, density is 0.096 lbs/in3 and post anodizing color is white. Specification: Model: ER5356 Diameter: 0.035" (0.9 mm) .
